    For over 20 years, Adam has been immersed in the world of advertising, media, and marketing, specializing in the creation and execution of high-profile campaigns. He studied cultural studies with a focus on film and media at the University of Łódź, film and television production at the renowned Łódź Film School, and completed postgraduate studies in media management at Kozminski University.

    Throughout his career, he has collaborated with leading global brands such as Coca-Cola, Mercedes, Mastercard, Mars, Scoda, Vokwagen, Orlen, Play, Orange, Nestle, Pko BP, Polpharma, Colfarm, L’oreal and many more. This extensive experience has shaped a professional approach defined by reliability, attention to detail, and the highest industry standards.

    Beyond his professional achievements, Adam is an avid connoisseur of art and literature, a passionate admirer of French cuisine, and a dedicated equestrian enthusiast.

    TV Producer, Marketing Manager and Digital Content Specialist with over 20 years of experience in the advertising industry. She studied Marketing and Management.

    She has collaborated with renowned agencies such as Publicis, Leo Burnett, and BBDO on projects for global brands, including Pantene, Ferrero, Schwarzkopf, Mars, Nestlé, MasterCard, Play, and Mercedes. Her portfolio includes numerous projects featuring well-known personalities – from Małgorzata Socha and Katarzyna Zielińska, to Michał Piróg, Anna Dereszowska, Mateo Brunetti and many more.

    Her experience combines working with large budgets, collaborating with world-class directors, dop’s, photographer’s, creatives, and creating campaigns that stand out not only for their aesthetics but also for their authentic messaging. In recent years, she has focused on projects in the FMCG as well as beauty & pharma sectors, passionately observing how brand tools and language evolve in the digital era.

  • As a New Business Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients for our agency. Your main tasks will include building and maintaining business relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and presenting our services to potential clients.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in a similar role within the marketing industry or a publishing house

    • Ability to identify new market opportunities, build relationships, and understand the needs of clients in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors

    • Strong storytelling skills in preparing and presenting proposals

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Independence and initiative in action

    • Knowledge of marketing trends

    • Strong negotiation skills

    • Ability to forecast and achieve set goals
